Students were encouraged to paint their dreams.
We have the students watercolor on real watercolor paper every year. We also try and have some tubes of watercolors out so they can see what artists use.
We have done different techniques on watercolor postcards or demonstrations. Mostly students like to explore with mixing colors, sprinkling salt, using sand paper, using masking fluid (rubber cement) and toothbrushes.
