Art Camp wouldn't happen without volunteers. EVERYONE is a volunteer at Art Camp. We have three main teachers there each night for the lessons, a bible teacher and four to five more volunteers for every night. I like to keep the adult to student ratio to be no more than 1:6.
I also have volunteers prepare materials beforehand and set-up for the next day.
