Tempera Prints

So simple but I could never get these to work until I read THIS post about taping around the area and using a paint brush for a thin coat of paint then using a q-tip to draw the image.

Supplies:

paper

tempera

brush

Q-tips

foil

tape

Instructions:

1. Layout foil flat (tape to table for small children)

2. Tape a rectangle onto foil

3. Brush paint evenly across rectangle

4. Draw and image in the paint

5. Put paper over rectangle and gently push

6. Lift paper off
   
   

Tips:

* use small pieces of paper

* the image is a reflection
