A Marble, Paper, and a Container with a lid
Less mess with just as much fun. (Idea HERE.) Put your paper, paint and marble in an oatmeal or yogurt container with a lid and shake like crazy!
Supplies:
marbles
tempera
paper
pan/yogurt container with lid/ oatmeal container with lid
Instructions:
1.) Put paper, small amount of paint, and marble in container
2.) Pull out paper and let dry
Tips:
*A container with a lid makes clean simple, especially with preschool age kids.
*These are so easy and great to teach color mixing. Have all colors available but only allow children to use two colors at a time. Why do pink and green make brown? Why does orange and yellow still look orange?
* These look good if you cut them smaller then spray glue them to cards.
* After dry, these are nice additions to collages.
